If you are an already existing client and you have stumbled upon a bug, fill out a support request form, and we will investigate as soon as we can.
What happens now
If the bug discovered affects more than 10% of your users, affects revenue, or affects your ability to acquire new users, our team will resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please also send an email to info@strides.dev if this is the case. In all other cases the bug will be logged and put on your development schedule.
What doesn't need to be reported?
It is not uncommon for third-party services to go down occasionally. If this is the case, our team is likely to know already. We will reach out to you and let you know when things have been resolved.
Often, there is very little our team can do when this happens, but we will do our best to keep you in the loop.
